NOMINATIONS SENT TO THE SENATE ON MARCH 26, 1975:
Thomas A. Clingan, Jr., of Florida, Deputy Assistant Secretary
of State for Oceans and Fisheries Affairs, for the rank of Ambassador.
James H. Henson, of Georgia, to be United States Marshal for
the Northern District of Georgia for the term of four years, vice Bill C.
Murray, resigned.
Emmett G. Wyche, of Louisiana, to be United States Marshal for
the Western District of Louisiana for the term of four years, vice
Joseph W. Keene, deceased.
H. Brooks Phillips, of Mississippi, to be United States Marshal
for the Northern District of Mississippi for the term of four years.
