NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President today announced his intention to nominate George Houser, Jr., of
Cheyenne, Wyoming, to be United States Marshal for the District of Wyoming
for a term of four years. He will succeed Charles R. Wilcox who resigned
effective January 31, 1976.
Mr. Houser has been serving as the Court Appointed U.S. Marshal since
March 1, 1976.
A biographical sketch is attached.
