NOTICE TO THE PRESS
We plan to have busing legislation material available in the Press Office
at 11:00 a.m. embargoed for 11:45 a.m. The busing message itself will be
signed at 11:30 a.m. today. Later in the day, we expect briefings at both
HEW by Secretary Mathews, and at the Department of Justice by Attorney
General Levi.
