In brief, we received positive coverage on the following initiatives: Presidential Assistant Robert J. Brown's briefing of black Republicans. Federal contracts to minorities from the Commerce Department. Swearing-in of new Deputy Defense Secretary for Equal Opportunity. President Nixon to name black D.C. Judge. President Nixon's photo at Redskin training camp. FORD & LIBRARY RALD Attorney General announces prison reform plan. OF Chicago Tribune feature on Stan Scott. Mrs. Nixon's trip to Africa. Interior Department names black female to top post.
