My dear Secretary Hitchcock:
My friend, Dr. Alexander Lambert, in whom I have the
utmost confidence, tells me that White is the best possible
man for the appointment for the Insane Hospital, so if you
do not object, I wish you would make the appointment as soon
as convenient.
