Evanston, Wyoming. July 22nd, 1904.
Hon. E. A. Hitchcock,
Secretary of the Interior,
Washington, D. C.
My dear Mr. Secretary:
This will serve to introduce to you Hon. Fenimore
Chatterton, Governor of Wyoming, who is about to visit Washington
and wishes to call upon you and upon the Commissioner of Indian
Affairs.
Undoubtedly Governor Chatterton has matters of importance
to Wyoming, to present to your office and we all would appreciate very
much favorable consideration and early action upon such matters as
he may have at hand.
Very respectfully yours,
Carlove
