By direction of the President I beg to send
you the enclosed letter of Mr. A. G. Wallihan, of
Lay, Colo., dated the 8th instant.
The President would like to have a report
from the Indian Agent at White Rocks, Ut ah, regard-
ing the matt er to which Mr. Wallihan refers.
