My dear Sir:
By direction of the President I forward to you the en-
closed letter from the Attorney General with accompanying pa-
pers concerning the Canyon Creek Reservoir Company, and to say
that he would like a full report as to the rights of the case,
stating whether or not there is any hardship involved.
