To the Secretary of the Interior:
I wish Rees Kincaide of the Cheyenne and Arapahoe
agency, Darlington, Oklahoma, retained as an additional
farmer at Colony, Oklahoma. This is in connection with
Mr. Robers missionary work, where I am particularly inter-
ested because of the effort being made to develop the in-
dustry of the Indians along their own lines.
