My dear Sir:
Referring to the papers recently forwarded from
this office to the Bureau of Pensions in the case of
Mr. T. Stobo Farrow, for appointment on the Board of
Pension Appeals, the President requests me to say that
if possible he would like to have Mr. Farrow given
one of these appointments.
