My dear Mr. Secretary
By direction of the President I send you the enclosed
letter from Judge Thomas G. Jones in behalf of his brother,
Ur. Edwin F. Jones.
The President would be glad to have you send him a
report in this case. He hopes a place can be found for
Mr. Jones.
