Pumpkin Pie
2 cups cooked pumpkin (canned may be used)
1 cup milk and 1 cup cream
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs (beat separatel y and add whites
last)
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat with
rotary egg beater for 2 minutes. Pour into
unbaked pie shell and bake 15 minutes in hot
oven, continue to bake 30 minutes or until
set, in 375-degree oven.
