SPONGE CAKES
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
is NABA
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Break the eggs separately into bowls and beat
until very light. Combine, and pour in sugar
very slowly beating all the while. Add milk,
flour and baking powder.
Bake in well greased muffin rings in moderate
oven.
