Harry, there is a matter about the schools in Kansas City which my polit- really-minded. principal, Mr. Ray Hailay, is constantly bringing to my attention in hopes that I will lay The matter be- fore you. The situation is that Kansas city wants more money, which is not news to you -but Mr. Hailey who comes from out- state, Knows that the repre senlatives of outstate Missouri are prejudiced a- gainst Kansas City to such an extent
