I advised her that be could surely proceed promptly
to appoint bor as Margo's guardian for the purpose of
deiving distribution of the above designated weake to whites

I had to inform her that this sizer's estate was

of the ainor's state, applying to the court for the right
to invade these assets of the niaor's wate for ber sole
use and benefit, etc. of course, you are familier with the
involvements in such case. She was most apprehensive of
such comiequesces upon opening the estate for Margo, and
perticularly the expenditures and burdens which would be
involved.

decedent, Freak 0. Wallace, and these provisions which sake
bequasts or dévises to Margo, I should like to suggest a
possible solution for your considorstion. I know the
Mrs. Vallace is most anxious to cooperate in every WAY to
expedite the matter and, of course, she has the utmost faith
and trust in your handling of this estate and your judgeest.
