Mix sugar aNd butter , add
well. beateN egg-yolks. Addflour
gradually and last, add stiffly
beateN cag-whites. Flavor with
leMoN extract, Bake iN flue
cake-pan, slowly for at least
one hour. Ice aNd then cover
