DAILY EXPRESS contains a short note (about 80. words) on resignation of
Maj. Gen. William J. Donovan.
DAILY HERALD prominently displays resignation of Donovan, believed to
have been finally provoked by "today's ruling which followed a day of
disjointed wanderings by the United States Prosecution in a welter of
documents on Austria. Gen. Donovan announced his intention to resign
in the near future yesterday when there were further indications that
the Prosecution had made no concrete decisions on how their case should
be conducted. If
