Spingarn about the request of the Hooy Subcommittee investigating sexual perversion for information relating to the subject matter of their investigation in the possession of the Park Police. We are in agreement with the suggestion that you authorize the appropriate officials of your Department to furnish the Hoey Subconmittee with a list of persons who have been arrested by the Park Police and convicted on charges of sexual perversion or who have been arrested by the Park Police and for- feited collateral on charges of sexual perversion.
