MEMORANDUM OF CONVERSATION WITH THE PRESIDENT
Item 1. - Disposition of Gold Held in Japan Earmarked for
Siam and French Indochina.
The President approved the memorandum which I presented to
him on this subject. The memorandum with the President's approval
indicated thereon is attached.
