MEMORANDUM FOR s/s
Upon his return from the White House, the Secretary told
me that the President is putting Mr. Murphy and Mr. Lawton
in charge of working out the administrative organization problem
under foreign economic assistance.
Someone in the Department should get in touch with them
and arrange an early meeting on the matter.
