MEMORANDUM OF CONVERSATION WITH THE PRESIDENT
Item 6. Letter to Senator Wiley
The President agreed to write the letter to Senator Wiley.
I left the draft with him.
In this connection, Mr. Webb mentioned to me the
desirability of the President's calling Senator Morse, who is
at the hospital. The President agreed to do this.
