Group planning fosters wholesome human relations by making
all members of a group feel that they 'belong,' that they have
something to contribute. Those who feel that they are valuable
in the work of the entire group lose their feelings of insecurity
and hence are not suspicious of others and on the defensive--traits
which lead to conflict and unrest.
