The outstanding accomplishments of President Marsh,
both as a citizen and an educator, have placed him among the
foremost Americans of our times. His great record of leader-
ship will be a continuing source of inspiration to his country-
men and to those millions of people throughout the Free World
who look to the United States for moral guidance in these
perilous years.
