No. 1. What constitutes a year-12 or 15 months?
No. 2. Did you vote to spend over $16,000 of the
Taxpayer's money to get out a misleading statement of
the financial condition of Jackson County?
No. 3. Did you vote to put the men that got it up
on the regular Pay Roll of Jackson County and are they
on it at present?
No. 4. Will their figures grow SO large that the SO
called surplus will reach $9,000,000 by August 5th?
No. 5. With one exception have you ever cast a vote
on any matter of importance without instructions from
your Kansas City Boss?
No. 6. (The Exception) Did you when you voted to
abolish the Charity Pay Roll (for the Poor) also vote
to dismiss Jack Tolliver as Inspector of the Payroll,
there being no duties left for him to perform and the
next day recind your order and put him (Tolliver) back
on the Payroll.
No. 7. Has he (Tolliver) been on one or the other
of the many payrolls of Jackson County ever since you
went into office?
