Paragraphs I and II, ADMINISTRATIVE EULLETIN NO. 10, Headquarters Second
Army, January 11, 1919, are published for the information a m guidance of this
commend:
"I. MISSING SOIDIER.
Rosters of all organizations will be searched to ascertain whothor
any record is availoble of a Privato Jomes F. Konnedy, 10 morly Co. E, 23rd In-
fintry, reported to havo beon in vicinity of Toul about Novombor 5, 1918. In-
formation will be communicated to Personnol Adjutant, these hoadqunrtors, phone
41, Toul.
"II. INSFECTION OF COMP/NY FUND ACCOUNTS.
1. The commanding officers of each regiment, nero squadron,
semarte battalion, and othor tro ops, upon boing assigned to the Second Anny,
and not attachod to Corps or livisions, vill immoliatoly, upon boing DO assigned,
report by lottor to tho Inspoctor Genoral, Socond Arny, sotting forth, the last
dato of inspection of compeny funds in their respoctive orgonizations; the nemo
of field officer making the inspoction; the balenco on hnd, and, the nemo of the
custalion of the fund.
2. In this connoction attention is directed to paragraphs 316
to 330 inclusive, Army Rogulations, and prrticularly to paragraph 328, which roads
in part as follows:
"Tho Compony fund account will be inspected by Post,
Rogimontol, Battolion OF Squedron Commentor at loast onco oach
quarter."
3. All reports of each regiment or soparate bottolion, or other
independont unit will be formerded in ono envolopo. "
III. amuseients:
The 175th Brigade Theatrical Troupe, 88th Division, starts this wook on
3 tour of the area of the 9th Corps.
The 88th Division has inco roprated in this troupo somo of the best
vauloville tolent in the AMEX., and word has boen recoived that the show is of
a suporior quality.
It contains tho following: A farco comody skotch, ministrol show, Monore
logue,
Singing Act, Singing and Dancing Stunt, and sevorel Imporsonation Acts.
The schodule for the coming month is as follows:
January 14th, 15th and 16th, - DAGONVILLE.
January 17th, 18th, and 19th, AMBLY.
Jonuary 23rd, 24th, and 25th, - RIORREFETTE.

V. VEEKLY AUTOMATIC SHIPLENT OF SUPPLIES: (VD-w)
l. Requisitions for woekly automatic shipment of supplics must reach
the office of G-4, 2nd Army by Friday noon of each week and in caso of Corps
Troops their requisitions must reach the office of G-1, IX Corps by Thursday
noon of each weok.
