G-3 MEMORANDUM NO. 34. 1. a) Each organization in this Division will include in ts course of officers' conferences, a weekly period which will be llotted to their medical officer for the instruction of line of- ficers in the subject of health preservation. b) The conferences will be held at some time after the training and athletic schedule for the day has been completed, and all of the officers of the unit will attend. 2. a) Two half-hour periods each week will be given to cn- listed men by company offic rs. These periods will be devoted to the subjects treated by the medical officers at the conferences provided for in the preceding paragraph. b) The weekly half-hour periods will be in addition to the hours already prescribed for training and athletics.
