I. WEEKLY REPORTS OF EQUIPMENT.
owing to tho fact that many Su Officers have mis-
interpretod the meaning of paragraph II, Bulletin No. 16, Janurr
18th, 1919, , Houdquarters 65th Division, the following instructi
with reference to Shortage of Ordnance equipment will bo observed,
"Regimental and Separate Organization Supply Officers
will continue to sond in the weekly reports to the Division
Ordnance Officor but they will not send in reports of Shortages
to the 9th Corps.
II. INSTRUMENTATION OF BANDS.
1. The following letter from the Adjutant Ceneral, G.H.E.
American E.F.. January 17, 1919, is published for the information
and guidance of all concerned:
"I. e General Orders No. 183, October 21, 1918, these
Hondquarters, define the instrumentation of regimontal bands as
