Remarks:
The Pistol Instruction Course will be continued until finished. Report
will be made upon completion of the Instruction course and the record
course will be taken up.
The Lieut. in charge of Dept. B under the personal direction ofthe
Battery comdr. will exercise the greatest care in stable management and
aare of animals. He: will be present at all horse formations and stables.
Horses returning from work will be taken care of regardless of the hour
All orders having reference to care of hor ses: from higher authority will
be stmictly complied with.
The Regiment will take a road march onoe during the week. All animals
will be taken, and all vehioles not engaged in other
necessary work will be taken. Eapecial attention will be paid to draft,
adjustment of harness, etc. Uniform on the march will be helmet and jer-
kins under raincoats. Rubber boots will not be worn. During the morning
period, psoblem in selection and occupation of positions w ill be worked
out by the btry offic er under the supervision of Bn. Comdr. At least
one Bn. problem using battery and Bn. Details will be worked out.
An officer will the Present and Supervise the Serving of Each Meal.
A thorough Inspection of Billets w ill be madie twice daily by an office
Daily Inspection of Kitchens, Latrines and Billets will be made by the
Medical Officers and report made to these Headquarters
Instructions issued in regard to discipline, neatness and cleanliness
will be strictly complied with.
Each officer and enlisted man will know by heart G. 0. 2, Hdgrs. 2nd
Army presoribing proper method of saluting.
Mounted inspection at 9:30 Saturday Morning
