Instructions from the War Department require that upon arrival in the United States each will normelly be sent to that camp I cantonment in the United States within the draft area from which creater part of the orgen- ization entered the service. That part of the personnel inductod into the service in area other thon that from which the majority of the present personnel was inductod into the servico will be transferred by you with complete recurds. Ecch dotachnont will inveriobly be commanded by on officer, proferably from the same area, who will be cherged with the custody of the rocords of the .soldiers of his detachment and with the preparation and care of passenger lists. No detachment of less than twenty five men will be formed.
