Paris, France.
Gentlemen:
on or about the 15th of August, some 23 or 24 men in this
orgenization, among then myself, subscribed to the "Stars &
Stripes." We have never received a single copy since the first
one, and we will certainly be glad to redeive the back numbers
as well as the eurrent ones.
We realize that we are Constantly on the moove, but the rest
of our mail has managed to reach us with reasonable promptness,
and I oan see no reason why the "Stars & Stripes" should be the
only delinquent.
