II.b. Each organization will arrive two () hour a before time
of departuze.
III.a. The senior officer of each train will hand to the R.T.O.
a
statement showing numbor of officers, man, horses, mules, vehicles by
type,
and amount of baggage transported on his train. Officera in charge

III.b. The senior officer of each train will ba in charge of the
parties and gi ve the netessary ordera to see that loading and unload
loading and unloading of the train. He will provide the necessary fatigue

III.G. Upon arrival nt the detzaining regulating station the C.O.
of each train will be furnished with an extract of the detzaining table
for his unit, sbowing detraining station, time of detraining, billets and
route thereto, and any special instructions which may be required by local
conditions.
III.d. Horses will be left harneused during the trip.
