The following extract from the report of the Command- ing officor, 110th liobile Ordnance Repair Shop, is quoted for your informationt- Tho matériol of Battory D, 129th Fiold Artillery, was found to be in a nont excellent condition; "he matóriol of this battory was in superior condition to that of any other bettory of the two reginents, and evidonced the fact that unusual onro had beon exorcised by the commissioned and onlisted personnel of this battery, rosulting in the highost state of efficiency in the asre of its Ordnance 2. The above report is of a lind that the Commading Gon- eral of this Division expects, but too infrequontly receivos. I tako great plonsuro in comonding you and the officors and enlisted mon of your battory for this excellent showing which I considor a standard for the other organizations of this Division to reco. and to hold.
