Outline de work for organizations until t me of sailing.
1. Every effort will be made to completely equip and clothe avery man in the or-
ganization at once. Fach article will be put in the best possible state of cleanliness
and repair. Reduction of vermin will be given special attention web equipment will be
washed. Helmets will be cleaned, a light coat of oil applied and chin straps washed
wi th saddle soape In order to sedure uni formi ty throughout the Regiment Trap puttees
will be rolled from the top dow with a neat broad roll of the tape at the ankl e
2. Officers will pay particular attention to their personal appearance, clothing
and leather quipment. Leather equipment will be kept olean and polished, also metal
parts of the belts.
3. Drill and exercises will be conducted wi th the 1 dea of attaining the highest
standard of alertness and precision in the rendition of miliary courtesy. The method
of salute preseri bed. in G. O. 2, Second Army 1919 will be given special attention and
the requirements of 0-Sulemo. No. 36 Hq. 35th Division 16 January 1919 will be striotly
complied with.
4. On Monday 10 yeb. 1919 a show down inspection will be conductod bay organization
commaniers supervised by battalion commanders and a aheak made of every article of cloth-
ing and equipment and immediately after the inspection a requisi tion will be subrait ted
to the supply officer for all shortages found. The following is a list of clothing and

5. The Regimental Surgaon will make an Immediate inspection of each man in the com-
mand. so as to determine accurately overy man infected with Mice.
6. The Headquarters 00. will be consolidated on Saturday morning Sth Fob. 1919 at
Vavincourt. Battalion Details will be sont to join the Company on that day. All officors
of the Eg. 00. will report for duty with company with the Bn. details.
