I. The following is published for the information and com-
pliance of al concerned:
Commanding Officers will direct all officers and enlisted
men of their Command who have been awarded the Medal OI Honor
Distinguished Service Cross and Distinguished Service Medal, to
report to the Division Signal Officer at No. 78 Rue des Capucine,
Commercy at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, February 22nd, 1919.
Commanding Officers will also furnish the Division Signal
Officor the names, rank, and organization, of these officers and
enlisted men, in order to complete record of same. If there are
no officers or enlisted men in the Command who have been awarded
these Decorations that fact will be reported to the Division
Signal Officer.

SERVICE
1. The Commander-in-Chief desires to have preapred a doc-
ument for the record of the War Department of the photograph and
citation of all persons awarded the Modal of Honor, Distinguished
Service Cross and Distinguished Service Medal.
2. Pursuant to the above, it is directed that you issue
instructions for each person under your command, to whom any of
the above decorations have been awarded, to have the necessary
photographs taken by the Photographic Section of the Signal Corps.
