You are directed to make at once and transmit to these Head-
quarters a detailed report on the condition in whioh billets, mess-
halls, kitchens, latrines, baths and sur rounding premises were found
at the time when the towns in this area were occupied by your organ-
ization. This report to be in at these Hdqrs. not later than 6:30
P. M. 11 March 1919.
