the Mutual Life Jusuzance Company 55 hes Plates of New afforh, mo Nassau, Cedar and Liberty Streets. call He BK The premium on Policy N° by The Mulual Life Insurance Company of New York, being $ 15650 will, if such Policy be in force, fall due and be payable on the 2.7 day of self 1885, to the said Company, at its office, Nassau, Cedar and Liberty Stsl, in the City of New York, and unless the said premium then due shall be paid to the Company, or to a duly appointed Agent or other person authorized to collect such premium, "the said Policy and all payments thereon will become forfeited and void." All premiums are due at the office of the Company, in the City of New York, at the time named in the policy ; but for the convenience of policy-holders, suitable persons may be author- ized to receive such payments at other places, but only on the production of the Company's re- ceipt therefore, signed by the President, Secretary or Cashier. No payments made to any person, except at the home office of the Company or in exchange for such receipt, can be recognized by the Company. This premium may be paid on the production of the above mentioned receipt to BYRON SHERMAN, Gen'l Agent, St. Louis, Mo., or to such persons as he may designate. Notice required by Law. ISAAC F.
