T.J. PENDERGAST KANSAS CITY, MO. November 8, 1933 Mr. J. C. Collett, Chairman, Missouri Public Service Commission, Jefferson City, Missouri. Dear Sir: This will introduce to you Mr. Jess B. Combs and Mr. Earl Wampler of the Southwest Freight Lines, Inc., of Kansas City, Missouri. They wish to obtain an Interstate, Intrastate also a regular route permit from Kansas City to St. Louis and return. This regular route over Highway 40 between St.Louis and Kingdom City 54 between Kingdom City and Jefferson City 50 between Jefferson Oi y and Kansas City.
