Comes now, Zella Noland, widow of William W. Noland, deceased,

and elects to be endowed absolutely in a share of the lands, and
estate of the said William W. Noland, deceased, equal to the
share of a child of her said deceased husband, William W. Noland.

personally appeared Zella Noland, to me known to be the person
described in, and who executed the foregoing instrument and
acknowledged that she executed the same as her free act and deed.
