D., One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-nine by and between Edward H. Noland and Hazel V. Noland, his wife, of the County of Jackson , State of Missouri part ies of the first part, and Zella Hartman, of the County of Jackson State of Missouri part y of the second part, WITNESSETH: THAT THE SAID PART ies OF THE FIRST PART, in consideration of the sum of Other Consideration and One and no/100 DOLLARS, to th empaid by said part y of the second part (the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged), do by these presents, Grant, Bargain and Sell, Convey and Confirm unto the said part V of the second part her heirs and assigns, the following described lots tracts or parcels of land lying, being and situate in the County of Jackson , and State of Missouri, to-wit: Beginning Eleven Hundred and Seventy-fou and Fourteen Hundredths (1174.14) feet West of the South East corner of the South East Quarter of Section Sixteen (16) , Township Forty-nine (49), Range Thirty-two (32) and running thence North parallel to the East line of said Quarter Section Fourteen Hundred and Thirty-nine and Six Tenths (1439.6) feet, thence West parallel to the North line of said Quarter Section Fourteen Hundred and Sixty-nine and Twenty-five Hundredths (1469.25) feet, thence South Four Hundred and Forty-six and Nine Tenths (446.9) feet, thence East Five Hundred and Sixty-one (561) feet, thence South Nine Hundred and Ninety-two and Sixty-four Hundredths (992.64) feet to the South line of said Quarter Section, thence East Nine Hundred and Five and Fourteen Hundredths (905.14) feet to beginning, containing Thirty-five and Seventy-two Hundredths (35.72) Acres. This deed is given to correct the description in the deed recorded in Pook 519, Page 623, Records of ackson County, Missouri, at Independence, the Grantee herein, Zella Hartman being the same person as the Grantee, Zella Noland in that deed. MOA TO HAVE AND TO HOLD The premises aforesaid with all and singular, the rights, privileges, appurtenances and immunities thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said part y of the second part and unto her heirs and assigns forever; the said grantors hereby covenanting that they are lawfully seized of an indefeasible estate in fee of the premises herein conveyed; that they have good right to convey the same; that the said premises are free and clear from any incumbrance done or suffered by them or those under whom they claim ; and that they will warrant and defend the title to the said premises unto the said part y of the second part and unto her heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
