Assignment of Lease by Thomas Noland, Fern Noland, and Noland Brothers Motor Company to Lake H. Martin

ASSIGNMENT For value received, we, Thomas Noland and Fern Noland, his wife, of Jackson County, Missouri, and Noland Brothers Motor Company, a corporation of Jackson County, Missouri, do hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over to Lake H. Martin of Jackson County, Missouri, all of our right, title, interest, claim and estate of, in and to the lease hold as described in and conveyed by one Andrew Schermesser, dated May 15, 1924, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri, at Independence, in Book 424, at Page 330 wherein Edgar G. Hinde and Thomas Noland the original lessees, the interest of Thomas Noland having been thereafter assigned to Motor Sales and Service Company, a corporation, the name of which corporation was thereafter changed to Noland Brothers Motor Com- pany, and theiinterest of Edgar G.
