consideration of the debt and trust hereinafter mentioned and created, and the sum of One Dollar to

paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents grant,
bargain and sell, convey and confirm and possession thereof now deliver unto the said party of the second part the follow-
ing described Real Estate situate in the County of Jackson in the State of Missouri, to-wit:
All of the Northeast quarter (N.E.1/4) of the Northwest quarter (N.W.1/4)
of Section twenty five (25), Township Forty nine (49) and Range Thirty
(30) enntaining forty acres more or less.
Subject to a prior loan for Three thousand dollars.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, With the appurtenances, to the said party of the second part, and to his suc-
cessors hereinafter designated, and to the assigns of him and his successors, forever.
