This Indenture made this 22th day of 0 February one thousand nine
hundr ed and twenty eight by band between Elizabeth c. Wallace and William
H. Wallace her husband of the County of 'ackson and Staterof Missouri
as parties rof the first part and Lake Lotawana Developement Companyor
(a corporation existing under the laws of the State of "issouri) as
party of the second partation that if and
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of Six hundred and eighty's ollars to them paid by the party
of the sedond part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the second
part its successors and assigns the following described tract or parcel

part and as appurtenant thereto. The party of the second part shall
have the privilege of dedicating the said strip of land hereby c onveyed
to the public for a public road.
This conveyance is made upon condition that the party of the second part
will maintain said strip of land as a private roadway and improve the
