Wallace and William H. Wallace her husband of the County of 'ackson and Staterof Missouri as parties rof the first part and Lake Lotawana Developement Companyor (a corporation existing under the laws of the State of "issouri) as party of the second partation that if and Witnesseth that the parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and eighty's ollars to them paid by the party of the sedond part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the second part its successors and assigns the following described tract or parcel Tof land lying beinguand situate in the County of Jackson and State of Missouri towit; the conditions here in before atated Commencing at the north west corner of the northeast quarter (7) 6f the southwest quarter (7) of Section thirty (30) Township forty eight (48) Range thirty 002 (30) the said pount being in center of the intersection of the public roads, thence south to the south line of the east and wast road for a point of beginning: thence east thirty (30) feet; thence south approximatelygone halfimile to he south line of said section thirty (30) ; thence west thirty (30) feet; thence north thre e hundred and thirty (330) feet to the north east corner of a ten (10) acre tract of land described as the south ten (10) acres of the southwest quarter () of the southwest quarter () of section thirty (30); thence road thirty (30) feet; thence north to the south line of the public running R on the east and west cetner line of section thirty (30); thence east thirty (30) feet to the point of beginning, for a private roadway. Wallace to the party of the second part and as appurtenant thereto. The party of the second part shall have the privilege of dedicating the said strip of land hereby c onveyed to the public for a public road. This conveyance is made upon condition that the party of the second part will maintain said strip of land as a private roadway and improve the Same by the construction of a fill across the branch near the nor thend
