In view Far Eastern MIL situation, DEPT considers it most important thank CHI COMMIES be denied vessels such as former PT boats, patrol craft, destroyer escorts or corvettes, gunboats, and various types landing craft, whatever their present condition, which could be re- CLD converted or adapted for employment as part of CHI naval forces. 2.
