WHITE HOUSE NUMBER 314, PERSONAL AND TOP SECRET, FROM THE SECRETARY
OF STATE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY TO AMBASSADOR WINANT.
President will arrive airport Plymouth England about 1030 A.M.,
local London time, 2nd August. Please inform British Government.
President will be pleased to have you meet him at airport and accompany
him as far as the dock in Plymouth where he will embark at once.
New subject: Your No. 65503. I see no reason why you should not
authorize American correspondents to cover meeting.
