Wants to study further. THE PRESIDENT Agreed. DONALDSON Asked for opinion as to embargo on mail in event of rail strike. THE PRESIDENT Asked deferment of decision until the end of the day. ANDERSON This is my last meeting. Am happy with the position being taken by the U. S. as described by Marshall. Attacked Sir John Boyd-Orr, British member of Int. Food organiza- tion made in London yesterday. Described him as incompetent and without ability to comprehend what has been done by U. S. in world food relief.
