Dear Howard:
This will introduce Judge M. G. Baron, X
who has expressed a desire to me to be of service to
the President in connection with the Palestine roblem.
I knew Judge Baron in St. Louis when he was
a judge of the Missouri Circuit Court in that city.
He is now presiding examiner of the Federal Power
Commission. Judge Baron is a former member of the
National Executive Committee for Zionist Affairs in
the United States.
I am enclosing a letter which Judge Baron
has written to me regarding his background.
