Asks the President's aid to have Rev. Ischler enter this country.
He is a refugee from Poland; now in Switzerland. Appropriate
papers have been filed but they are now advised that the Gen.
Consulate in Zurich states new visa regulations have been issued
and it would be appreciated if they would refrain from further
correspondence with the Gen. Consulate.
