MEMORANDUM:
Dr. Ernest P. Boas is a well qual-
ified Jewish doctor, professionally.
If any group of this type has any
merit it should be able to stand upon
its own foundation vithout seeking aid
from the President.
Should the President endorse the
Wagner, Murray, Dingell coalition or
their bill it will automatically light
the torch of antagonism of the great
percentage of the medical profession
who in turn will respond quite lustily
by their own reactions and by their in-
fluence through thousands of their patients.
The Wagner, Murray, Dingell combina-
tion do not have the answer to the
President's health message.
