Dear Mr. President: I do hope you won't think me too presumptious in writing you direct however, I haven't been able to secure the information I desire from other sources. I am extremely interested in learning what your plans are in connection with the Group Health Insurance on a nationwide scale. In each speech you have made some reference to this Group Health, but I haven't learned just what this will cover. I know some explanation is due you for my inquiry. One of the organiza- tions here is checking into the various health insurances offered and it was agreed that we first check into whatever plan might be forthcoming from Congress, if it is passed. I am enclosing an Air Mail 50 stamp for your convenience in replying, and I hope I will be hearing from you shortly. Very truly yours Harriet farmer Str enger Thenger 1 (Miss) ONY 5
