Dear Gene:
I certainly appreciated your good
letter of the 19th, and 1 am more than pleased
with your effort to get action on H.R.5594.
When the next session convenes, 1
will be glad to discuss the situation with
you, because there is a great deal of misunder-
standing about exactly what Point Four means.
x 192-A
I hope you will have a most pleasant
vacation, a good rest, and everything you
want for Christmas.
Sincerely yours,
HARRY S. TRUMAN
Hon. E. E. Cox
